How fast is turnaround, really?
Tune-ups, virus removal, and setups are usually done same-day. Anything needing an ordered part — screens, batteries, drives — typically runs 2–4 business days. You'll get a specific window before you agree to anything.
Can I book an exact day and time?
Not on a fixed calendar — Clay's schedule is often full and changes day to day. Put your preferred day and time of day in the Quick Estimate above (or call (405) 864-0444 — calls only, no texts) and he'll get back to you with what's actually open, usually within a few hours.
Is it actually safe to meet in a parking lot?
You pick the spot. Most folks choose somewhere well-lit and public — a coffee shop, a big-box store lot, sometimes the public lobby of a police department if that's more comfortable. Clay meets you there, in daylight hours by default.
What happens to my files during the repair?
Every device gets backed up before any repair work starts, whenever the drive is readable — no extra charge, no exceptions. That's step three of the process, not an upsell.
Do I pay if it can't be fixed?
The $30 diagnostic covers the time spent figuring out what's wrong. If you move forward with the repair, that $30 comes straight off the price. If you don't, that's all you owe.
