Information we collect

When you use the Quick Estimate form, the build quote form or contact Clay directly, you may share: your name, phone number (or, for build quotes, a phone number or email address), device type, budget and games, and a description of the issue, plus, if you choose to fill them in, a preferred meetup day/time and how you heard about Fixed Frame Tech. That's the extent of what's asked for — no account creation, no payment details are ever entered on this site.

How this website actually handles that information

This site has no database. Filling out the Quick Estimate or build quote forms happens in your browser, and nothing is sent while you're typing or picking options.

When you tap "Send to Fixed Frame Tech" or "Send My Build Request," your request (for repair estimates: device, issue, name, phone number and any optional fields; for build quotes: budget, games, name if given and the phone number or email you enter) is emailed to Fixed Frame Tech at hello@fixedframepc.com through Foundable's email service. Tapping "Copy message" also emails that same copy. Delivery isn't guaranteed. It's used only to reply to your request. It isn't sold, and it isn't used for marketing.

The "Email It" links and the business services inquiry button (website, Google Business Profile, advertising) only open your own email app with a pre-filled message; nothing is sent from this site unless you send it there.

Phone calls

(405) 864-0444 takes phone calls only — it does not send or receive text messages. When you call, Clay uses that conversation to provide a quote, coordinate a meetup, and complete your repair. Fixed Frame Tech will not share your phone number with third parties.

Text messages

To text Fixed Frame Tech, use (229) 646-6108. Clay uses texts you send only to answer your question, quote, and coordinate your repair. Fixed Frame Tech will not share your phone number with third parties.

Payment information

Payment (cash, card, or Cash App/Venmo) is handled directly between you and Clay at the in-person handoff. This website does not collect, process, or store any payment information.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics. It uses your browser's local storage for exactly one thing — remembering whether you prefer light or dark mode. That preference stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.

Third parties

Fixed Frame Tech does not sell or rent your personal information. The only outside service that receives it is Foundable's email service, which delivers the request copies to Clay's email as described above. Beyond that, it's not shared with anyone except where required by law.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults seeking repair services and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change with it. Continued use of this site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
